PromptLens

Privacy Policy

Last updated November 6, 2026

This is a starting template and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer and add your company details before launch.

This policy explains what PromptLens collects, why, and the choices you have.

What we collect

  • Account data: your email address, name and a hashed password (managed by our authentication provider).
  • Content: images you upload, the prompts generated from them, and edits you make.
  • Usage data: generation counts, credit transactions and basic technical logs.
  • Billing data: subscription status and payment records. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.

How we use it

  • To analyze your images and generate prompts at your request.
  • To show your history, track credits and operate subscriptions.
  • To secure the service, prevent abuse and fix problems.

Processors

Images are sent to Cloudflare Workers AI for analysis. Data is stored with Supabase (database and private file storage), the application is hosted on Vercel, and payments are processed by Stripe.

Storage and retention

Images used with the free tools without an account are processed in memory and not stored; to enforce daily limits we keep only a one-way hash of your IP address for up to a day. Images uploaded while signed in are stored privately and are only accessible to you through short-lived signed links. Images are automatically deleted after a retention period (90 days by default); generated prompts remain in your history until you delete them. Deleting a generation deletes its image.

Your rights

You can access, correct or delete your data. Delete individual generations from your history at any time, or delete your whole account (including all prompts and images) from Settings. Deletion is immediate and permanent, and cancels any active subscription.
